Have you ever heard of dry brushing or tried it yourself? In case you haven't, now's the ideal time to incorporate it into your routine. By doing so, you'll prepare your skin for spring and get rid of toxins! Let us guide you through the whole procedure, and you'll see how simple it is! 

Before you take a shower, use a bristle, natural brush, and move it around your body. Finally, know that it's best to do it in the morning, as you'll feel a rush of energy.

If you have oily or combination skin, blemishes are your everyday issue. Just when you think your face is clean, another one pops out! On the other hand, the dry epidermis can have these issues too. That's especially the case after a long winter when we nurtured our skin with thick moisturizers and oils. 

What can you do to solve this matter, or at least minimize it? You can try out salicylic acid, as it does wonders for acne and pimples. Whether you utilize it through a spot treatment or a face cleanser, it will work. However, don't extract whiteheads and blackheads at home. You should leave these things to professionals to avoid scarring or infection.

You can also take some supplements to boost your overall health and beauty. For instance, collagen is an excellent choice as it improves skin elasticity and minimizes wrinkles over time. Furthermore, try out vitamin C, as its antioxidant properties will protect your skin. Finally, we recommend taking vitamin E supplements, as it shields from sun damage.
